Ruth travels to Carnfield Hall in Derbyshire where she meets it's owner James Cartland. Carnfield Hall features a mixture of Elizabethan, Jacobean and Victorian architecture. James purchased the hall 22 years ago and has single-handedly restored the house to its former glory. James is now finding it hard to maintain the property and Ruth thinks she has the answer he needs.
