Ep 13. The Criminal Kind

Jules has been struggling with the fact that Travis has moved out of the house and she is having a hard time adjusting to being an empty nester. To make matters worse, her friends are too busy with their own lives to spend time with her. Jules decides to join Bobby on a stakeout for his new job as a security guard.

Meanwhile, Ellie and Laurie accidentally get involved in a pyramid scheme and begin selling makeup to their friends. As their sales grow, they become more and more obsessed with the idea of becoming successful businesswomen. However, their scheme begins to unravel when they realize they are in over their heads.

Back on the stakeout, Bobby and Jules are having a great time until they witness a crime and are forced to testify in court. Jules finds herself conflicted between telling the truth and risking the safety of her family, or lying and facing the consequences.

The group comes together to support Jules and Bobby as they navigate the legal system and deal with the aftermath of their decision. In the end, they realize that honesty is always the best policy and that their friendships are what truly matter.
