But when they get to the party, they discover that Spike has teamed up with Danger Bike Man, who is using his bike to terrorize the party-goers. To make matters worse, Everett shows up, dressed in a makeshift costume, and accidentally gets Spike's attention.

It's a mad dash as Danger Bike Man turns his attention to the kids. They try to hide and regroup, but Danger Bike Man is hot on their trail. It's up to Everett to come up with a plan to defeat Danger Bike Man once and for all, but does he have what it takes to save the day?
