When Officer Haver arrives, he finds a group of people arguing and fighting over a basketball game. Officer Haver separates the group and begins to investigate. After questioning several witnesses, Officer Haver determines that one of the individuals had a gun and was threatening to use it. The suspect is arrested and charged with possession of an illegal firearm.
