The Testimony of Champions, the Emblem of Glory is the fourteenth episode of Cooking Master Boy season 1. The show takes place in 19th century China where cooking has become a respected profession and chefs compete in culinary battles to prove their skills.

In this episode, protagonist Mao must prepare a meal for a group of past champions to earn their approval and obtain a rare ingredient. Mao is confident in his abilities but becomes nervous when he learns that one of the judges is the infamous Liu Mao Xing, a chef who defeated Mao in battle before becoming his mentor.

Mao begins to prepare his dish, a black chicken soup, and goes through each step with meticulous precision. However, he is interrupted when an old acquaintance, Mei Lee, appears and begins to sabotage Mao's cooking. Mei Lee has a grudge against Mao and will do anything to hinder his success.

Despite the challenges, Mao persists and finishes preparing his dish just in time for the judges to taste it. Each judge gives their opinion and Mao is praised for his attention to detail and skillful execution. However, when it comes time for Liu Mao Xing to give his verdict, he doesn't say anything, leaving Mao and the other judges in suspense.

Just as Mao starts to worry, Liu Mao Xing speaks and gives Mao the ultimate compliment, stating that his soup has the emblem of glory. This rare and highly sought after ingredient is only obtained when a dish is deemed to be a masterpiece by past champions, making Mao's victory all the more meaningful.

The episode ends with Mao obtaining the emblem and continuing on his journey to become a legendary chef. The Testimony of Champions, the Emblem of Glory is a tense and exciting episode that showcases Mao's cooking skills and the competitive nature of the culinary world in the world of Cooking Master Boy.
