Ep 15. Blood on the Tracks

In the episode "Blood on the Tracks" of Cold Case season 4, the homicide unit investigates the death of a teenage girl in 1978. The girl was found dead near the train tracks outside of Philadelphia, and the case was never solved at the time. The girl's brother, who witnessed her murder, was too afraid to speak up and the killer was never caught.
