In Codename: Kids Next Door season 3 episode 13, the episode is split into two different operations: Operation: S.P.R.O.U.T. and Operation: H.O.U.N.D.
In Operation: S.P.R.O.U.T., the Kids Next Door are up against the evil adult villains who have devised a plan to replace all vegetables with dessert. When the KND find out about the plan, they decide to stop it by infiltrating the villains' headquarters. However, they face a major obstacle when they discover that the villains have created a robotic security system called S.P.R.O.U.T. that is virtually indestructible. Undeterred, the KND come up with a plan to take down S.P.R.O.U.T. and stop the villains' plan once and for all.
In Operation: H.O.U.N.D., the KND are given an important task to find a missing family dog before it's too late. The dog belongs to a family whose father is a scientist who specializes in creating advanced technology. The KND find the dog, but they quickly learn that the father's latest invention, a high-tech collar that allows the dog to speak and think like a human, has fallen into the wrong hands. The KND must work together to retrieve the collar and stop the villains' plans to use it for their own nefarious purposes.
Overall, this episode showcases the Kids Next Door's ingenuity and teamwork as they fight against the adult villains who seek to harm innocent creatures and advance their own evil agendas.
