The KND once again shows their tactical skills and thwart the Delightful Children's plan, but not before chaos ensues.

In a parallel storyline, Numbuh 1 discovers that the tapioca at the cafeteria is being made from human brains. He investigates further and finds out that the tapioca is being made from the brains of decommissioned KND operatives. Numbuh 1 is horrified and decides to put an end to this injustice. He rallies the remaining decommissioned operatives and sneaks into the cafeteria to stop the tapioca from being served.

The episode ends with the KND successfully completing their mission, and the Delightful Children being foiled once again. The KND also put an end to the evil tapioca conspiracy and save their decommissioned comrades. As they celebrate their victory, they vow to continue their fight against injustice and evil wherever it may exist.
