An intimate look at a week in the life of the St George Queensland Reds. Episode 3 offers a rarely-seen glimpse into the schedule of the players and coaching staff during the week leading up to the game. Focussing on different aspects of the preparation - including post game reviews, selection, rehab, training schedule, travel and match day routine - the episode culminates in an exclusive look inside the 80 minutes of a match, through the eyes of the coach, trainer, injured reserve and management, exploring the different emotions that sport can bring. And the Reds look to secure much needed competition points off the Highlanders.

Episode 2 delves into the far reaching influence of the Reds Rugby within the wider rugby community to provide a deeper understanding of the incredible Reds membership increases over the last few years, the Future Generations program and the state of the code in Queensland. Meanwhile the title-defending Reds take to Suncorp for the first time in 2012, and the season takes a turn for the worst with injuries relegating the team to mid-table.
