Ep 20. Oh, Brother / Up, Up and Oops

In "Oh, Brother," the first half of this episode of Clifford's Puppy Days, Clifford's friend Samantha is feeling frustrated and neglected due to her younger brother constantly taking up her parents' time and attention. Clifford and his friends try to cheer her up by spending time with her, but Samantha's frustration only grows when she has trouble completing a school project with her brother's interruptions. Meanwhile, the pups try to build a homemade rocket ship to impress Samantha, but their plans go awry when it accidentally launches without them aboard.
In "Up, Up and Oops," the second half of the episode, Clifford and his friends try to retrieve their runaway rocket and are surprised to find out where it's landed. Along the way, they learn about the importance of teamwork and how different strengths and abilities can work together to solve a problem. Meanwhile, Samantha and her brother finally bond over the rocket ship project and end up creating something unique and special together.
