Class is a science-fiction television show that is a spin-off of the popular British series Doctor Who. It follows a group of teenagers at Coal Hill Academy as they navigate their way through teenage life while simultaneously battling extraterrestrial threats.

Ram, who lost his girlfriend in the previous episode, is struggling to come to terms with his grief while simultaneously trying to help protect the school.

The tension in the episode reaches its peak when the students discover that the alien force responsible for the deaths at the school is a race called the Shadow Kin. Not only are the Shadow Kin extremely powerful, but they also have a bone to pick with Charlie. Throughout the episode, it becomes clear that there is a deep history between the Shadow Kin and Charlie's royal family.

As the students of Coal Hill Academy prepare to face the Shadow Kin, they must also deal with the fact that they are still teenagers with teenage problems. There are issues of loyalty, jealousy, and romance bubbling just under the surface throughout the episode. While facing off against the Shadow Kin, the students must also navigate their relationships with each other.

Overall, the second episode of Class is an action-packed continuation of the first. It raises the stakes for the students of Coal Hill Academy and sets up what is sure to be an intense and unpredictable rest of the season.
