Wilson Gets a Wash/Training Time Harrison is the first episode of the fourth season of Chuggington. This episode is packed with fun and valuable lessons for the young viewers. This leads to some scary moments as Wilson is afraid he might get yelled at or even fired because he deliberately broke the rules.
Meanwhile, Harrison, the veteran train, is assigned to train Koko and Wilson. The young chuggers are both eager to learn and impress Harrison. However, Wilson is still feeling guilty for breaking the rule, and he becomes preoccupied with the consequences of his actions. This leads him to make another mistake.
Wilson gets overly excited while training with Harrison and ends up overspeeding around a corner which causes him to nearly crash into a pile of rocks. However, Harrison quickly comes to the rescue and saves the day. Wilson is grateful for Harrison's help and realizes the importance of safety on the tracks.
The episode ends with Wilson's newfound appreciation for the rules and the importance of following them. He makes a promise to himself and his friends that he'll never break the rules again and will continue learning from Harrison for the betterment of his future.
