Wilson finds himself in a bit of a pickle in Chuggington season 1 episode 41, entitled "Wilson's Paper Trail." After being assigned the task of delivering a package of important papers to the other side of the city, Wilson accidentally drops them and they blow away into the wind. Fearing he will get in trouble for losing the papers, Wilson enlists the help of his friends, Koko and Brewster, to help him track them down.

Throughout their journey, Wilson learns the value of teamwork and the importance of honesty. He realizes that his friends are there to help him, and that it is better to admit his mistakes than to try and cover them up. With Koko and Brewster's help, Wilson is eventually able to retrieve all of the missing papers and deliver them to their destination.
