The children claim that the creature, known as the Black Dog, has been stealing their friends and family members and taking them to an unknown location.
Despite the danger involved, Rosette and Chrono decide to help the children and set out to confront the Black Dog. Along the way, they encounter Satella Harvenheit, a member of the Rosenkreuz Orden, who warns them of the dangers they will face.
Despite Satella's warnings, Rosette and Chrono continue on their mission, and before long they come face to face with the Black Dog. Despite its fearsome appearance, Rosette and Chrono engage the creature in battle, determined to rescue the missing children.
As they fight, Rosette begins to hear the voice of a young girl, crying out for help. She realizes that the voice is coming from inside the Black Dog, and she redoubles her efforts to defeat the creature and rescue the child.
Throughout the battle, Rosette and Chrono struggle to keep the upper hand, but their determination and courage ultimately win out. With the help of the rescued children, they manage to defeat the Black Dog and rescue the young girl trapped inside.
However, their victory is short-lived, as they soon discover that the Rosenkreuz Orden is involved in the kidnapping of the children. Despite Satella's attempts to convince them otherwise, Rosette and Chrono vow to uncover the truth behind the Orden's involvement and put an end to their nefarious plans.
As Rosette and Chrono set out on their next mission, they know that danger and turmoil lie ahead, but they are determined to do whatever it takes to protect the innocent and bring those responsible to justice.
