Ep 172. Ulta Pulta/Vichitra Chitra

Ulta Pulta has been driven out of his kingdom by the evil Angoolimaal. He reaches Dholakpur but gets all broken up in the process; Dholu-Bholu think they are great artists, until Vichitra Shakti, a wandering circus kid, comes to Dholakpur and creates colorful drawings.
