In this episode of Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell, Meat Me In Cincinnati, the search for a new meat-focused chef leads to the land of chili and beer. Anne Burrell challenges four chefs to come up with their most creative and delicious dishes featuring pork as the main ingredient, all while battling the clock and each other.

The first challenge has the chefs creating a dish that showcases their knowledge of pork and the Cincinnati food scene. Chefs draw inspiration from local favorites like goetta, Cincinnati-style chili, and barbecue as they whip up dishes that will impress Anne and the guest judge, Brad Bernstein, owner of Eli's BBQ.

Next up, the chefs are tasked with creating a pork-focused dish with a unique twist. From chorizo-stuffed lamb chops to pork loin with apple and brie stuffing, the chefs pull out all the stops to impress Anne and Brad.

In the final challenge, the remaining chefs must work as a team to create a five-course pork-centric tasting menu for a panel of VIP judges. The pressure is on as the chefs must not only impress Anne and Brad but also the toughest critics of all--the diners.

But the competition doesn't end there. Anne puts the chefs in the hot seat, asking them rapid-fire questions about their culinary skills and knowledge. The chefs must think on their feet and show off their expertise to earn the title of Chef Wanted.

Tune in to Meat Me In Cincinnati to see which chef comes out on top and snags the coveted title of Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell.
