In the Cheers season 10 episode 9, titled "Head Over Hill," the gang at Cheers is thrown into chaos when the bar's landlord, a wealthy businessman named Hill, decides to sell the building. Everyone is worried that the new owner will completely change the character of the neighborhood and possibly put the bar out of business. Meanwhile, Rebecca is having her own crisis when she realizes that she's still in love with her ex-fiancé Robin Colcord, even though he's currently in prison. When Robin's sister comes into Cheers looking for Rebecca's help, Rebecca sees it as a sign that she and Robin are meant to be together.
Throughout the episode, the regulars at Cheers are scrambling to save the bar. They try to persuade Hill to reconsider selling the building, but he seems determined to go through with it. Sam even comes up with a plan to buy the bar himself, but he soon realizes that he doesn't have enough money. Meanwhile, Rebecca becomes increasingly obsessed with the idea of being with Robin again. She goes to visit him in prison and tries to convince him to run away with her when he gets out.
As the episode progresses, the stakes get higher and higher. It seems like there's no way to save the bar, and Rebecca's obsession with Robin becomes more and more out of control. At one point, she even stages a fake robbery at the bar in order to get Robin out of prison so they can be together. But when Robin actually shows up, Rebecca realizes that the reality of being with him might not be what she imagined.
In the end, the regulars at Cheers come up with a last-ditch effort to save the bar. They hold a benefit concert featuring some of their musician friends, and the event is a huge success. The landlord, Hill, is so impressed that he decides to keep the building and lease it back to Sam and the gang. Meanwhile, Rebecca comes to terms with the fact that she and Robin will never be together, and she decides to move on with her life.
