Ep 4. The Norm Who Came in from the Cold

The Norm Who Came in From the Cold is the fourth episode of season ten of Cheers. This episode follows the regulars of Cheers as they receive a surprise visit from Norm's former secretary, who has left her job and her husband and is seeking refuge from the bitter cold and a broken heart.

However, the guys quickly become distracted and end up in a heated debate over the best way to make a margarita, leaving Woody frustrated and angry.

As the night wears on and the temperatures continue to drop, the regulars begin to worry about Norm's former secretary's safety and well-being. When she decides to leave the bar and face the cold once again, they band together to help her find a warm place to stay.
