In this episode of Chasing Classic Cars, titled "Hidden Treasures," Wayne Carini takes viewers on a journey through the world of classic car collecting, searching for forgotten gems hidden in garages, barns, and other unexpected places.

The episode begins with Wayne receiving a call from a man who has inherited his grandfather's car collection. The man tells Wayne that his grandfather was a hoarder, and that the collection includes a number of rare and valuable cars that have been sitting untouched for years. Wayne eagerly heads to the estate to see what he can find.

Upon arriving, Wayne discovers a veritable treasure trove of classic cars, including a 1951 Lancia Aurelia B20 GT, a 1961 Facel Vega HK500, and a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing. As he inspects each car, Wayne is amazed by their pristine condition - despite having been stored away for decades.

Next, Wayne heads to a private garage owned by a man named Bob, who has an extensive collection of classic cars. Bob is a Porsche enthusiast, and has a number of rare and interesting models in his collection, including a 1965 Porsche 356C Cabriolet, a 1964 Porsche 904 Carrera GTS, and a 1988 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet. As he talks with Bob, Wayne learns about the history of each car and what makes them special.

The episode then takes viewers to an estate sale, where a wealthy collector has put up for auction a number of cars from his private collection. Wayne has his eye on a few of the lots, including a 1969 Lamborghini Miura P400S and a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4. The auction is fast-paced and intense, with bidders vying for the chance to own these incredible machines.

After the auction, Wayne heads to a small town in Indiana to visit a man who has a 1953 Cunningham C3 that he inherited from his father. The car is in rough shape, having been sitting in a barn for years, but Wayne sees potential in it and decides to take on the restoration project.

The episode concludes with Wayne back at his workshop, where he begins the process of restoring the Cunningham. As he works, he reflects on the journey he has taken throughout the episode - from discovering hidden treasures in forgotten corners of the country, to bidding on rare cars at auction, to restoring a classic machine to its former glory.

Through it all, Wayne's love for classic cars shines through, as he shares his passion with viewers and helps to keep some of the world's most beautiful machines alive for generations to come.
