Chaplin & Co. was a French animated television series that aired from 2011 to 2012. The show was produced by Method Animation, in collaboration with DQ Entertainment, and was created by Lionel Allaix, who also served as the head writer. The series, which was primarily targeted at children, revolved around the titular character of Charlie Chaplin and his adventures in a modern-day, 3D-rendered version of the world he inhabited during his silent film career.

The show featured a mix of slapstick comedy, action, and adventure, all set against the backdrop of a bright and colorful world. The animation style was highly stylized, with characters and objects possessing exaggerated proportions and movements, giving the show a somewhat cartoonish feel. However, despite the whimsical visuals, the show occasionally tackled more mature themes, such as the plight of the working class and the dark side of show business.

The main character, Charlie Chaplin, was portrayed as an impish but ultimately lovable scamp. Despite his mischievous nature, he was always ready to help those in need and never shirked from standing up for what he believed in. His sidekick, a mute dog named Scraps, often provided the physical comedy, frequently getting into trouble due to his boundless energy and voracious appetite. Other recurring characters included a flirtatious diva named Miss Binks, a hapless policeman named Sergeant Pork, and a group of villains known as the Mad Dogs.

Throughout the series, Chaplin found himself embroiled in a variety of wacky scenarios. These ranged from trying to rescue a kidnapped parrot to competing in a dance competition to hunting down a giant, rampaging chicken. The plots were often fast-paced and full of twists and turns, with plenty of physical comedy and visual gags. Despite the absurdity of some of the situations, the show always maintained a sense of heart and never lost sight of its core themes of friendship, loyalty, and doing the right thing.

What an easy job! The demanding director and unruly visitors soon alter the quiet circumstances. / Charlie is working as a car parker for a posh restaurant. What was meant to be a lucrative job becomes a duel with his colleague that leads to a car crash and an express layoff!

Charlie is going for a job interview. He rides the elevator with two people and what might have been a simple occurrence becomes a disastrous moment because of our hero's clumsiness. When he finds out that the people are his future boss and his secretary Charlie decides to cut the interview short!/ Charlie is the new museum guard. When the alarm rings, the police is convinced the tramp is the burglar. Charlie refutes the unfair accusation and even succeeds in arresting the actual thieves. / Charlie is working as a cleaning man in a production company that is not doing well. That day the boss organizes a casting for a TV show. Our hero unwillingly finds himself in line for the audition and ends up being spotted as -- a future star! / After a terrible sleepless night Charlie starts to work for a telemarketing firm. His boss turns out to be a real tyrant. During his uncontrollable snoozes Charlie fantasizes he is the top dog.

Charlie comes home one evening to find a burglar in his home. The thief takes one look at the tramp and thinks he's a fellow. The situation becomes grotesque as Charlie tries to put the stolen objects back in place without giving himself away. / The kid has a new pet, an adorable rabbit. Unfortunately the young woman Charlie is trying to seduce suffers from rabbit phobia. When he invites her for dinner he has a terrible time hiding the pet! / Charlie is helping an absent-minded mailman deliver a package. The delivery turns into a zany tour of the neighborhood because nobody knows the address written on the package. Finally Charlie realizes the package is for him. / Charlie is working for the son of a big firm's CEO. The young boy far prefers playing golf than trying to live up to his father's business record. Our hero finds himself playing golf in the city, which doesn't go smoothly and the father proves one of the biggest obstacles.

At the last moment our hero realizes there is a nest in the tree's branches. No way they can cut it down! But his heartless teammate stubbornly insists. Will Charlie avoid the sad destruction? / Charlie is called to tow a wrecked car away. His involvement changes the course of what could have remained an amicable attempt to establish an accident report. / Charlie is dumbfounded when he discovers that a character who strangely looks like him is doing exactly the same things as he is, except one beat ahead of him. Is this a dream or a nightmare?

However, when the Kid sticks his friend's face on a wanted poster, the police doesn't think it's funny. / Charlie gets entangled in a hidden camera prank and unfortunately hurts one of the actors. He immediately offers to stand in for him but the cure turns out to be far worse than the problem! / Charlie has decided to invite a young woman for dinner but the situation becomes a nightmare when he realizes her father is also coming. The man is very sweet and particularly smothering.

The game of seduction soon turns into a game of musical chairs. / Charlie has decided to invite the Kid and his family for Christmas lunch. Everything is ready: the Christmas tree and decorations, the turkey, etc. Oops! Charlie forgot the turkey. He finally finds a fowl but getting the big bird in the oven isn't simple! / Charlie finds himself in a race against the clock and bureaucracy when a picture is missing on a legal document. He gets to the photo booth a few minutes before closing time only to discover a hulky rugby player taking his time in the booth!

Instead of selling hot dogs, Charlie spends the afternoon playing ball with the Kid in the park. Not far from there, a rhinoceros escapes from an amusement park. It is starving and very attracted by the lettuce left in Charlie's' hot dog stand. A heavy-duty chase is on! / Charlie is hired to work in a gas station patronized by very demanding clients. However, when a customized vehicle from Pimp my Ride rolls up, it takes the cake! / While he's waiting for his partner a tennis player asks Charlie to hit a few balls. Our hero is so clumsy that the player soon demands the ball-throwing machine. With Charlie nothing is simple and the tennis player will soon regret having asked for it... / As we all know, cell phones have taken a central place in our lives. Charlie will find out just how crucial the devices are as he deals with stressed customers who lost or broke their precious phones!

Charlie is working as a TV installer. While he's on a job, a news broadcast on TV shows the house he's working in as home to a dangerous criminal! The resemblance is striking, however it's only a mix-up, which our hero evidently ignores as he tries anything to leave the premises! / Against his will Charlie finds himself in the middle of a film set. It's actually good fun and he ends up getting hired as an actor after making a slight mess of the set. / The Kid is devastated by the news that Charlie received a legal notice ordering the destruction of his hut. The young boy can't stand the idea of his friend leaving, so he imagines a way to move the hut by air. The only thing is that Charlie remained inside. Oops! / Wandering through the park, Charlie and the Kid get into a fight against Sailorman, the dreadful wrestler. Thanks to the Kid's knowledgeable advice, Charlie will come out unscathed!
