The episode promises to be an exciting blend of fun, laughter, and a dash of rivalry, as both the guests will go on a friendly competition.

Margaret Mountford is known for her impressive analytical and organizational skills that served her well during her career as a corporate lawyer. Her sharp wit and intelligence are sure to come handy while scrutinizing the objects during the antiques hunt. Nick Hewer, on the other hand, is a reputable British broadcaster and businessman, who is best known for hosting the popular game show Countdown. He has his own tactical approach when it comes to negotiation, and his charming persona is sure to melt the hearts of some of the hardened antique dealers.

Their adventure begins at Castle Douglas, Scotland, where they meet their expert guide, Natasha Raskin Sharp. She will be their mentor and advisor throughout the episode, providing valuable insights and enlightening them on the history and significance of the ancient relics. Their ultimate goal is to gather as many rare and valuable antiques as possible from various antique shops, collectives, and fairs, and hope to sell them at an auction at the end of the trip.

Their first stop is in the famous antique town of Moffat, where Margaret and Nick are exploring the classic wares available in the town. The duo finds themselves gravitating towards different objects and they have different ideas on which ones they want to buy and sell. They continually challenge each other, causing a little friendly competition but some entertaining sparring along the way. The guests come across a wide range of items, including a Victorian pram, a hunting horn, and even a 2,000-year-old Roman medical implement.

The antiques road trip continues as Nick and Margaret visit a number of picturesque Scottish towns and cities, including Peebles, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh, and are introduced to various antique experts and dealers. The guests encounter a diverse range of objects, some unusual and quirky, while others may be a bit more conventional but nonetheless hold a lot of significance. They have the opportunity to purchase a Georgian Royal Worcester Teapot, an 18th century Czech punch bowl set, as well as an Antique tricycle.

As the journey draws to a close, Nick and Margaret travel to the famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow. Here they find out the exact value of the exquisite antiques they have purchased over the course of the trip, discovering which items have appreciated the most in value and hold the greatest return. The exciting auction finale takes place, and both Nick and Margaret display their negotiating skills to sell their antiques at the highest possible prices. Who will emerge as the ultimate winner?
