Ep 9. Nikki Glaser & Wilco

In Carpool Karaoke season 5 episode 9, comedian and SiriusXM host Nikki Glaser joins the lineup. Known for her sharp wit and raunchy humor, Glaser is sure to bring a lot of laughs to the car.
But she's not alone - she's joined by the rock band Wilco, whose unique sound and heartfelt lyrics have made them a fan favorite for decades. Led by frontman Jeff Tweedy, the group has released numerous critically acclaimed albums and won numerous awards.
As they cruise through the streets of Los Angeles, Glaser and Wilco sing their way through some of Wilco's biggest hits, including "California Stars" and "I'm the Man Who Loves You." Glaser also gets a chance to show off her own vocal chops, belting out songs by Mariah Carey and Katy Perry.
Of course, it wouldn't be Carpool Karaoke without some fun banter and unexpected moments. Glaser and Tweedy discuss everything from their favorite karaoke songs to the odd items they keep in their cars (hint: Tweedy has a miniature replica of a famous painting in his).
In one particularly hilarious segment, Glaser asks Tweedy and his bandmates what their favorite part of touring is. The answers are all over the place - from finding the best local restaurants to taking naps on the tour bus. Glaser then admits that her favorite part of touring is simply "not being at home," which causes Tweedy to burst out laughing.
Throughout the episode, Glaser also offers plenty of witty commentary on everything from the band's fashion sense to the absurdity of singing pop songs in a moving vehicle. Wilco seems to take it all in good fun, laughing and joking with Glaser throughout the ride.
As the episode comes to a close, Glaser and Wilco finish up with a rousing rendition of another Wilco classic, "Heavy Metal Drummer." The car is filled with energy and laughter as the group belts out the tune, and it's clear that they've all had a great time.
Overall, Carpool Karaoke season 5 episode 9 is a must-watch for fans of both Nikki Glaser and Wilco. With hilarious banter, unexpected moments, and plenty of great music, it's a ride you won't want to miss.
