Ep 18. Tacos Del Carnival

In Carnival Eats season 4 episode 18, titled Tacos Del Carnival, host Noah Cappe travels to the South Florida fairgrounds in search of the best carnival-style tacos.

Noah's first stop is Chef Roberto's stand where he tries the "Elvis" taco. This delicious creation combines peanut butter, bananas, and bacon for a unique taste that Noah can't get enough of. At the India Faire, Noah samples the Indian-inspired tacos including the chicken tikka taco with a spicy sauce and a vegetarian paneer taco.

Next up, Noah visits Tacos Navarro where he tries the carne asada tacos and the fish tacos. The carne asada tacos are made with juicy cuts of beef, topped with onions and cilantro and served with a side of salsa. The fish tacos are filled with deep-fried fish, topped with mango and habanero sauce, and served with a side of cilantro rice.

Noah also stops by Fireman Derek's Bake Shop where he tries the dessert taco – a sweet treat made with a chocolate shell, filled with dulce de leche cream, and topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.

At the Big E in Massachusetts, Noah tries the famous "Around the World" taco from Silvestro's Depot Café. This gigantic taco is stuffed with meats from all around the world – including beef, chicken, and pulled pork – and topped with salsa, cheese, and sour cream.

Throughout the episode, Noah also samples unique tacos such as the "Rolled Ice Cream Taco" filled with ice cream and topped with colorful candies, and the "Lobster Taco" made with fresh lobster meat, avocado, and mango salsa.

Noah's journey to find the best carnival-style tacos shows the variety and creativity that carnival food vendors have to offer. From savory to sweet, traditional to exotic, there's a taco for everyone at the carnival.
