Ep 20. North Dakota State Fair/PrairieFest

In the 20th episode of the third season of Carnival Eats, host Noah Cappe travels to North Dakota to attend two fairs in one weekend- the North Dakota State Fair and PrairieFest. The episode starts with Noah visiting the North Dakota State Fair where he tastes some of the most insane fair foods he has ever seen. At a vendor called Gumbo to Geaux, Noah tries the hot and spicy gumbo fries that are crispy, hot and spicy all at once. He chows down on the gigantic turkey leg that is sure to fill up even the hungriest fair-goer. Next up, he tries the creamy and spicy crawfish corn dog at the Muddy Water's stand.

Noah then pays a visit to the Big Moe's BBQ stand where he samples some mouth-watering BBQ including the award-winning brisket sandwich that is smoked to perfection. He then heads over to the Hot Wisconsin Cheese stand to try their famous deep-fried cheese curds that are the perfect balance of cheesy and crunchy.

For the main course, Noah visits the Cowboy Grill stand where he devours the massive and juicy bison burger. The burger is big enough to feed a small family and is topped with bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce. To wash down all the food, Noah visits the Deez Lemonade stand where he orders a refreshing lemonade with added fresh fruit flavors.

After the North Dakota State Fair, Noah heads to the city of Oswego to attend PrairieFest. At the fair, Noah visits the Bacon Me Crazy stand to sample their signature deep-fried bacon-wrapped grilled cheese sandwiches. He also tries the huge and meaty barbecued beef ribs from the Texas Thunder stand which are cooked for hours to give it an authentic smoked flavor.

Noah then visits the Firehouse Grill stand where he has the Firehouse Burger, a juicy burger with jalapenos, onion rings, and hot BBQ sauce. He also tries the delicious caramel apple funnel cake from the Funnel Cake Factory stand which is a new twist on the classic funnel cake.

At the PrairieFest fair, Noah also visits the Sweet Encounters stand where he gets a taste of their unique fried ice cream. The ice cream is rolled in crushed up corn flakes and then deep-fried to give it a crispy texture on the outside while still remaining cool and creamy on the inside. To end the day, Noah visits the B-Rad's Bistro stand where he samples their amazing homemade kettle chips topped with a special seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

All in all, the 20th episode of the third season of Carnival Eats showcases a range of unique and delicious fair foods that can only be found at these two fairs in North Dakota. From the classic deep-fried foods to the innovative twists on old classics, this episode is sure to leave viewers hungry for more.
