Ep 7. Stanislaus / Texas Crab

In the seventh episode of season 1 of Carnival Eats, the host Noah Cappe takes viewers on a culinary journey to two different locations - Stanislaus County Fair in California and the Texas Crab Festival in Crystal Beach.

Next, Noah heads to a vendor called “Crabby Cakes” that specializes in dishes made from lump crabmeat. He has a taste of their crab cake, which comes with a side of coleslaw and a refreshing lime aioli. The finale of the episode comes with Noah indulging in a stuffed crab dish that is bursting with flavor with a mix of spices and seasonings.
