In season 1 episode 13 of Carnival Eats, the carnival goes to two different Canadian festivals: the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto, and PrairieFest in Saskatoon.

First, host Noah Cappe heads to Toronto for the Canadian National Exhibition, also known as the CNE. This massive festival has been an annual tradition in Toronto since 1879, and it's known for its unique food offerings. Noah starts off with the Candy Apple Pie, a deep-fried apple pie coated in candy before being fried a second time. He also tries the Dutch Puff, a pastry filled with whipped cream and drizzled with syrup.

Noah is then drawn to the Bacon Nation food truck, where he samples the Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese, a grilled cheese sandwich wrapped in bacon and served with a side of tomato soup for dipping. He also tries Bacon Nation's Bacon-Wrapped Chili Dog and the Bacon-Wrapped Caramel Apple.

Next up is the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Poutine, a twist on the traditional Canadian dish of poutine (fries topped with gravy and cheese curds). This version is topped with Caribbean-style jerk chicken and spicy mayo.

Noah then heads to the Bacon Nation stand to try the Bacon-Wrapped Deep-Fried Mars Bar, a sweet treat that's also deep-fried and wrapped in bacon.

After visiting the CNE, Noah heads to Saskatoon for PrairieFest. This festival celebrates the farming and agricultural traditions of the Canadian prairie region. Noah starts off with the Saskatoon Berry Pie, a local specialty made with berries that grow wild in the region.

Next, Noah tries the Perogy-Stuffed Burger, a burger patty stuffed with potato and cheese-filled perogies. He also samples the Saskatoon Berry Sauce that's served with the burger.

Noah then visits the Deep Fried Dill Pickle stand, where he tries the Deep Fried Dill Pickle Dog, a hot dog topped with deep-fried dill pickles and served on a bun.

Noah ends his time at PrairieFest with the Sticky Toffee Pudding Sundae, a sweet and indulgent treat made with cake, toffee sauce, and ice cream.

Throughout the episode, Noah interviews festival workers and attendees to get their take on the unique carnival food offerings. He also gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how some of the dishes are made.

Overall, season 1 episode 13 of Carnival Eats showcases the diverse and creative food offerings at two different Canadian festivals. From deep-fried candy to perogy-stuffed burgers, there's something for every adventurous eater to try.
