Ep 3. Aston Martin DB6

To tackle the rust, the team enlists the help of a local classic car specialist who uses a precision laser to cut out the damaged metal and replace it with new panels, ensuring that the car is structurally sound. The team then begins the process of sourcing original Aston Martin parts for the car, including a new engine and carburetors. They even manage to find original factory-fitted Dunlop tires, which were made specifically for DB6s in the 1960s.

As the restoration continues, the team focuses on restoring the car's interior. They have the original seats and dashboard reupholstered using high-quality leather, and they find a specialist who can expertly repair the car's wood paneling. The result is a beautiful, luxurious interior that perfectly complements the car's sleek exterior.

On the day of the big reveal, Eileen is overwhelmed with emotion as she sees her beloved DB6 fully restored to its former glory. The team takes her for a spin in the car, and Eileen can't believe how smooth the ride is.
