In addition to filling the gap left by the departed decorator, Buddy also receives a request from his brother-in-law to make a special cake for his mother's 80th birthday. Since the customer is family, Buddy pulls out all the stops to create a cake that is not only delicious but also visually stunning. Buddy and his team must balance their existing orders, the Pittsburgh Folk Festival, and delivering the perfect cake for their family.

With so many orders and events to plan for, the team at Carlo's Bakery is not just limited to their Hoboken store. Buddy and his team hit the road to deliver their orders to various locations - from the firefighter retirement party to the customer's office.
