Where I Live is the thirteenth episode of the third season of Caillou. In this episode, Caillou goes on an adventure to explore different places in his community and learns about the places where he lives.

The episode begins with Caillou and his family in the car, driving through their town. As they pass different buildings, Caillou begins to wonder about what they are and what they do. His curiosity prompts his parents to take him on a tour of the town to show him all the different places and explain what each one is for. They visit the fire station, the library, the park, and the grocery store among others.

At the fire station, Caillou is thrilled to meet the firefighters and try on their equipment. He learns about firefighting and what the firefighters do to keep the community safe. At the library, Caillou discovers the many types of books that are available and the different activities that take place there, such as story time for children. At the park, he enjoys playing on the swings, the slide, and the jungle gym while his parents tell him about the importance of exercise and playing outside. When they visit the grocery store, Caillou discovers the different kinds of food and the ways in which they get there, from the local farmers who grow produce to the trucks that transport them to the store.

Through these visits and explanations, Caillou begins to understand the different places and people that make up his community. He learns that each place has a special purpose and is important in its own way, whether it is to keep people safe or to provide food and entertainment. Caillou also learns about the many people who work in the town – the firefighters, the librarians, the park rangers, and the grocery store workers, among others. He discovers that these people play an important role in keeping the community running smoothly and making it a great place to live.

At the end of the episode, Caillou feels a sense of pride in his community and is happy to call it his home. He realizes that even though he is just a kid, he can still make a positive impact on his community by being a good neighbor, picking up trash, and helping others. As he falls asleep that night, Caillou dreams of all the adventures he will have exploring his town and discovering the many amazing things it has to offer.

Overall, Where I Live is an educational and fun episode that introduces children to the concept of community and the different places and people that make it up. It encourages children to have an appreciation for their town and to take an active role in making it a better place. Through Caillou's adventures, children will learn about important topics such as safety, exercise, and healthy eating, all while having a great time with their favorite cartoon character.
