Caillou Creates is the fifth episode of the second season of the popular children's show Caillou. This episode follows the adventures of the curious and imaginative four-year-old Caillou as he sets out to explore and create in the world around him.

His friends are impressed by what he's made, and many of them want to try their hand at creating as well. Together, the group spends the day making all sorts of things – from paper boats to sock puppets.
Throughout the episode, Caillou learns the joy of creating and the importance of sharing his creative endeavors with others. He discovers that there is no limit to what he can accomplish with his imagination and a few simple materials. And he learns how rewarding it can be to see others enjoy the things he has made.
