They try a few of the restaurant's popular dishes, including the rib tips and their famous hot sauce.
Finally, Symon heads over to Great Lakes Brewing Company, a local brewery that also serves up delicious food. He meets with the head chef, who takes him through the process of making their smoked beef short ribs. The dish is served with a variety of sides, including mac and cheese and sweet potato fries, which Symon happily devours.
Throughout the episode, viewers get a taste of Cleveland's rich food culture and how it has influenced the city's barbecue scene. Symon's enthusiasm for his hometown and its food is infectious, and viewers are sure to be left with a craving for some Cleveland-style barbecue of their own.
