Faith, the rogue slayer, has switched bodies with Buffy using a device stolen from the Watcher’s Council. Buffy, trapped in Faith's body, finds herself on the run from the police and the Watcher’s Council who believe her to be Faith. Meanwhile, Faith, who is currently in Buffy's body, is living it up, using Buffy's identity to manipulate those around her. She even goes as far as attempting to seduce Riley, Buffy's boyfriend, causing tension between him and Buffy's friends.
As Buffy struggles to convince those around her of her true identity, including her own mother, Giles is determined to find a way to switch the slayers back before it's too late. However, he soon realizes that it won't be as easy as he first thought, as the device that was used in the switch can only be used once every 24 hours.
Buffy, still trapped in Faith's body, struggles with the guilt of Faith’s past actions and her own frustrations at being trapped in someone else's body. She finds comfort in the unlikely form of Spike, who seems to be the only one who believes her story. Their time together leads to some interesting conversations about identity and empathy, as Spike tries to understand Buffy's unique situation.
Meanwhile, Faith, who is still in Buffy's body, continues to manipulate those around her, including her own Watcher. As Buffy's friends become more suspicious of her behavior, they begin to realize that something isn't quite right. Willow, Tara, and Anya team up to try and figure out what's going on, using magic to track down Faith.
As the two slayers come face to face, Buffy, still trapped in Faith's body, must convince the others of her true identity and stop Faith before she causes any more chaos. The resulting fight between the two slayers is intense and brutal, forcing Buffy to confront her own inner demons and come to terms with the fact that sometimes, the line between good and evil isn't as clear-cut as she once thought.
Overall, "Who Are You? (2)" is a thought-provoking episode that explores themes of identity, power, and empathy. The switch between Buffy and Faith's bodies provides a unique perspective on their characters, forcing them to confront their own flaws and see things from a different point of view. It's an episode that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end, wondering how everything will turn out for our favorite slayer.
