In Buffy The Vampire Slayer season 3 episode 7 "Revelations," the Scooby Gang is up to their usual demon-fighting shenanigans when a major plot twist is revealed: Buffy has been keeping a secret from everyone.
It all starts when the gang finds out about a new demon in town that is killing people. Buffy is quick to jump into action, but she's sidetracked when her recently-resurrected love interest, Angel, starts appearing in her dreams again. To make matters worse, a group of demon-hunters called the Watchers Council has come to town to evaluate Buffy's skills and make sure she's up to snuff when it comes to killing vampires.
As if Buffy doesn't have enough on her plate, she also has a big secret to keep. You see, she's been having a secret relationship with Angel, even though he's technically evil (long story). Buffy's been keeping it a secret from her friends because she knows they won't approve, and she doesn't want to lose their friendship.
Things come to a head when the demon-killing gang discovers that Buffy's been keeping secrets. They're hurt and angry, and Buffy is forced to explain herself. She tries to defend herself, saying that she's just trying to protect everyone, but her friends don't see it that way.
Meanwhile, the Watchers Council is breathing down Buffy's neck, making her feel like she's not good enough. But instead of letting it get her down, Buffy uses it as motivation to prove them wrong. She heads out to take down the demon on her own, and she's successful.
At the end of the episode, Buffy's friends come around, and they realize that she was just trying to protect them. They forgive her, and Buffy promises to be more honest with them in the future.
Overall, "Revelations" is a classic episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer that's full of action, drama, and a juicy secret. It's a must-watch for any fan of the show.
