Ep 12. Ransom

Captain Holt's mother, Laverne Holt, is kidnapped and the Nine-Nine must come together to rescue her in the latest episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, titled "Ransom." The team quickly discovers that Laverne has been taken by a dangerous gang that has been terrorizing the neighborhood, and as they work to track down her captors, tensions rise within the squad.

As the search for Laverne intensifies, Jake and Terry find themselves at odds over their approach to the investigation. Jake wants to take a more aggressive approach, while Terry believes they should stick to protocol and avoid putting Laverne in even more danger.
