Ep 1. Honeymoon

After getting married in the season 5 finale, Detective Jake Peralta and his new wife Detective Amy Santiago are off on their honeymoon. However, things don't exactly go according to plan when their flight is cancelled and they end up having to stay in Brooklyn.

Meanwhile, back at the Nine-Nine, Captain Holt is adjusting to life as a patrol officer, something he hasn't done in over 30 years. He faces some challenges as he tries to prove to Sergeant Terry Jeffords that he hasn't lost his touch.

Also, detectives Rosa Diaz and Terry Jeffords work on a case involving stolen cars, but find that their new partner, Officer Debbie Fogle, may not be the easiest to work with. Back at the precinct, Gina Linetti returns and claims to have undergone a transformation during her time away.

As always, the episode is filled with the humor, heart, and hijinks that fans have grown to love from the squad of the Nine-Nine.
