In the season three premiere of Brockmire, titled "Clubhouse Cancer," we catch up with everyone's favorite disgraced baseball commentator, Jim Brockmire. After spending the past year working as an announcer for a minor league team in Pennsylvania, Brockmire returns to the major leagues to cover the Oakland Athletics.

However, with a new job comes new challenges. Brockmire quickly realizes that he is not as well-liked as he thought he was, and his colleagues at the network are not so thrilled to have him back. He also faces some personal struggles, as he tries to maintain his sobriety and repair his strained relationship with his girlfriend Jules.

Adding to the chaos is the clubhouse cancer, a mysterious illness that is infecting the Athletics and threatening to derail their season. As the team's star pitcher falls ill, Brockmire becomes obsessed with figuring out what is causing the outbreak and how to stop it.

Amidst all the drama, Brockmire's trademark humor and wit shine through as he navigates the ups and downs of his return to the big leagues. Will he be able to conquer his demons and make a successful comeback? Tune in to find out.
