Ep 21. The Happiest Show On Earth

The Happiest Show On Earth is the twenty-first episode of the third season of Boy Meets World. This episode starts with the Matthews family packing their bags for a trip to Disney World. Cory is ecstatic about this trip, as he loves Disney World and can't wait to share this experience with his family. He decides to film the entire vacation as a documentary to present in class so that he can get a perfect grade in his class.

Once they arrive in Disney World, Cory and Topanga quickly realize that the family vacation is not going to go as planned. They find out that Cory's younger brother Joshua is sick and that he cannot go on any of the rides. Cory is upset because he thinks that Joshua is ruining his vacation. Meanwhile, Eric finds out that he is too old to be considered a child and must start acting like an adult.

Cory and Topanga try to salvage the trip by filming everything they can about Disney World. They start with the obvious attractions like Splash Mountain, the It's A Small World ride, and the fireworks show. Then they start filming the various street performers and characters around the park, such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Winnie the Pooh. However, they realize that something is missing.

They walk around the park, looking for something that will transform their experience and make it the happiest show on Earth. They meet a little boy named Stuart who is crying because he can't find his parents. Cory, Topanga, and Stuart start a scavenger hunt around the park in search of Stuart's parents. As they walk through the park, they visit attractions they've never seen before, like the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, the Mad Tea Party, and the Country Bear Jamboree.

Meanwhile, Eric has his own problems. He meets a girl named Danielle at the park and begins to act like a teenager, impressing her with his knowledge of Disneyland trivia. Danielle quickly realizes that Eric is not who she thought he was, and he is humbled by this awakening.

The scavenger hunt ends with a grand finale: fireworks light up the sky as Stuart is reunited with his parents. As they watch the show, Cory and Topanga realize that this is what they were missing: the magic of Disney World doesn't come from the rides themselves, but from experiencing the joy with other people.

Back at the hotel, Eric apologizes to Danielle for acting like a teenager and explains that he wants to be a responsible adult. She forgives him, and they agree to hang out as friends.

In the end, Cory presents his documentary to his class, complete with footage of him and Topanga talking about the true meaning of the happiest show on Earth. His teacher is impressed with the message, and Cory gets an A on the project.
