Ep 6. I Should Have Done My Homework

In this episode of Botched, titled "I Should Have Done My Homework," Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif take on some of the most challenging cases yet. The third patient is a woman named Cynthia, who had breast augmentation surgery years ago that left her with severely asymmetrical breasts. One breast is much larger than the other, and she is in constant pain and discomfort because of it. Cynthia has tried to fix the problem herself by wearing padded bras, but she's finally ready to get the professional help she needs to feel comfortable in her own skin again.

Finally, the doctors meet Johnny, a bodybuilder who had extensive silicone injections in his biceps and triceps to make them appear larger. However, the injections have caused a great deal of pain and discomfort, and he is unable to lift weights or do other activities he loves because of the damage done to his muscles. Johnny hopes that Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif can remove the silicone and help him regain full use of his arms.

Throughout the episode, we see each patient go through their surgical procedures and follow up with the doctors to see their progress. The show also addresses the emotional toll these surgeries take on the patients and their families, as they feel the pressure to look perfect in a society obsessed with physical appearance.

In the end, all of the patients are satisfied with the results of their surgeries and are grateful for the expertise and compassion shown by Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif. The doctors remind viewers that plastic surgery should be done for personal reasons and not to fit into someone else's standards of beauty.
