Ep 13. Butchered Breasts And Nasal Nightmares

In season 5, episode 13 of Botched titled "Butchered Breasts And Nasal Nightmares," plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif continue their efforts to correct disastrous plastic surgeries and give people the chance to look and feel their best.

The first patient is a young woman who underwent multiple breast surgeries to increase her cup size, but ended up with uneven and misshapen breasts. She also suffers from extreme pain and discomfort due to the excessive scar tissue caused by the surgeries. Dr. Dubrow attempts to reconstruct her breasts, while also addressing the scar tissue.

The second patient is a woman who had a rhinoplasty, or nose job, that left her with a severely collapsed nasal bridge. The botched surgery has caused her breathing difficulties and emotional distress. Dr. Nassif performs a complex revision procedure to restore the patient's nasal structure and improve her breathing.

The third patient is a woman who underwent a tummy tuck and liposuction, but ended up with a misshapen belly button and noticeable scarring. Dr. Dubrow strives to give the patient a more natural-looking, aesthetically pleasing navel and minimize the scarring through a revision surgery.

The fourth patient is a man who received illegal silicone injections in his biceps and chest, resulting in disfigurement and health complications. Dr. Nassif works to remove as much of the silicone as possible and give the patient a more natural appearance.

Throughout the episode, the plastic surgeons demonstrate their expertise and compassion as they work to help their patients achieve their desired results.
