In this episode of Botched season 4, entitled "Double Bubble and No Butt Trouble," plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif tackle some of their toughest cases yet.
First up is 40-year-old Kristina, who is suffering from a rare condition known as symmastia, or "uni-boob." This occurs when the breast implants are placed too close together, causing them to merge into one large breast. Kristina has already undergone multiple corrective surgeries in the past, but none have been successful. She hopes that Dr. Dubrow can finally fix her problem.
Next, the doctors meet with CeCe, a transgender woman who has had several botched surgeries on her face and neck. She is hoping that Dr. Dubrow can help her achieve a more feminine appearance by feminizing her Adam's apple and reducing the size of her nose. However, the surgery is risky and could lead to complications.
The next patient is 29-year-old Carlita, who has been left with a misshapen and lumpy buttocks after having unapproved silicone injections. Dr. Nassif determines that the best course of action is to remove the silicone and perform a Brazilian butt lift to give her a more natural-looking butt.
Finally, the doctors meet with 34-year-old Marlene, who is suffering from a condition known as tubular breasts. This occurs when the breasts fail to develop properly during puberty, leaving them misshapen and small. Dr. Dubrow must use his skills to correct this and give Marlene the natural-looking breasts she desires.
As the surgeries progress, the doctors face unexpected complications that put their skills to the test. Will they be able to give their patients the results they are hoping for? Find out on this episode of Botched.
