In season 3 episode 3 of Botched, titled "Pinched Perfect," plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif tackle some challenging cases of botched plastic surgeries. The episode features three patients who all have undergone procedures to enhance their appearance, but ended up with disappointing and sometimes even dangerous results.
The first patient, Susan, is a mother of two who was left with an asymmetrical nose after undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure. Despite a previous revision surgery, her nose remains off-center and crooked, causing her self-esteem to plummet. With the help of Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif, Susan hopes to finally achieve the nose she has always wanted.
The second patient, Dolly, is a 32-year-old who has undergone multiple Brazilian butt lift surgeries in an attempt to enhance her curves. However, the final result was far from what she wanted, leaving her with an uneven and lumpy behind. Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif must determine if they can safely correct the damage done by the repeated surgeries.
Finally, the third patient, Amesha, underwent a tummy tuck and liposuction but was left with a sunken-in belly button that she's been hiding beneath clothing for years. She mustered up the courage to approach the Botched doctors hoping they can fix what she calls "the hole in her stomach."
With each of these cases, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif use their expertise and experience to evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action. From surgical revisions to non-surgical treatments, the skilled doctors do their best to restore the patients' confidence and self-esteem. "Pinched Perfect" is an emotional episode that showcases the transformative power of cosmetic surgery when performed by skilled professionals who are dedicated to helping their patients look and feel their best.
