Ep 17. The Wizard of Schnoz

In Botched season 2 episode 17, titled "The Wizard of Schnoz," plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif meet two patients with extreme nose issues.

The first patient is a woman named Adrianna who has had rhinoplasty five times but is still unhappy with the outcome. After seeing countless doctors and undergoing a series of procedures, Bruce is still left with an asymmetrical nose. Dr. Nassif had an interesting approach to Bruce’s problem that involves a lower lateral cartilage on the left side of Bruce’s nostril. It is a tricky procedure, but the doctor is confident that he can give Bruce a symmetrical nose. After the surgery, Bruce is very pleased with the results and thanks the doctors for their help.

The doctors also welcome two sisters, Kristina and Karissa Shannon, who are seeking their help in correcting their breasts. They have both had several unsuccessful breast surgeries that have left them with severe scarring and uneven breasts. Dr. Dubrow decides to use implant sizers to ensure that the sisters get the desired result they want. After the surgery, the sisters are extremely happy with their new breasts and the beautiful curvatures.

In addition to these cases, the doctors also help Michelle, a woman who has excess skin on her arms due to weight loss. In this episode, Dr. Dubrow uses a procedure he calls "The Arm Bra" to remove Michelle's excess skin. Michelle is happy with her new arms and feels more comfortable wearing tank tops and enjoys going to the gym.
