At the beginning of the episode, Shikadai and his team are tasked with a mission to protect a wealthy businessman who is being targeted by an unknown group. However, they are ambushed by the group and forced to fight for their lives. Meanwhile, Boruto is struggling to come up with a special technique that can rival his father's Rasengan. He turns to Konohamaru for guidance, but his mentor advises him to find his own style instead of trying to imitate Naruto.
As the fight continues, Shikadai realizes that their opponents have been using a rare and powerful jutsu that allows them to camouflage themselves and become invisible. With the help of his teammates, he uncovers their location and manages to defeat them. Back at the village, Boruto learns the value of having a hidden ace when he sees Shikadai use his clever tactics to outsmart their enemies. Inspired by his friend's ingenuity, Boruto decides to work on developing his own unique jutsu.
Later on, Team 7 is assigned a new mission to capture a dangerous criminal who has been terrorizing a nearby village. As they prepare for their mission, Sarada discovers a hidden scroll that belonged to her father, Sasuke. The scroll contains detailed information about a powerful and dangerous jutsu that Sasuke had developed, but never completed. Intrigued by the possibility of uncovering her father's secret technique, she decides to investigate further.
The team sets out to the village and quickly discovers that the criminal is a formidable opponent. They engage in a fierce battle, but are unable to defeat him. In the midst of the chaos, Sarada reveals her father's hidden jutsu and attempts to use it against their enemy. However, the jutsu proves to be too powerful for her to control and she is left weakened and vulnerable.
With Sarada out of commission, the rest of the team is forced to improvise and come up with a new plan. Using their combined skills and quick thinking, they manage to defeat the criminal and complete their mission.
As the episode draws to a close, Boruto and his teammates reflect on the importance of having a hidden ace and how it can make all the difference in a battle. They vow to continue developing their skills and finding their own unique style, just like their mentors before them.
