Another touching story in this episode is about a tiny little Pomeranian named Sophie. Sophie has been hit by a car and has some serious spinal injuries. She is not able to move her legs properly and is in a great deal of pain. Dr. Chris Brown knows that the chances of a full recovery are relatively slim, but he is determined to do everything he can to get Sophie back on her feet.

After conducting a series of tests, Dr. Chris Brown determines that Sophie's spinal cord has been severely damaged, and she requires surgery. In a touching scene, Dr. Chris Brown operates, gently moving Sophie's tiny, fluffy body as he works his magic. Ultimately, Sophie makes a remarkable recovery. She is soon back to her old self, running and playing, and causing chaos in her loving owner's home.
