Ep 2. Defense and Friends

In season 1 episode 2 of BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense, titled Defense and Friends, our main character, Maple, meets a new player named Sally. Sally is a experienced gamer who has been playing video games for a long time. She is intrigued by Maple's overpowered defense skill and decides to team up with her.

Maple and Sally enter a dungeon together to test out their skills. Sally is impressed by Maple's ability to tank hits and deal damage at the same time. She decides to teach Maple a new skill that will help her attack even more efficiently. Maple is grateful for the help and sees that having friends in the game can be very advantageous.

As the duo continues exploring the dungeon, they come across a group of players who are attempting to defeat a difficult boss. Maple and Sally join in on the battle and use their skills to help the group out.
