Back in the hotel room, the girls' dad is struggling to get some work done on his laptop, while Bluey and Bingo are having a pillow fight. When Bingo accidentally knocks a lamp off the bedside table, their dad loses his temper and scolds her. Feeling guilty, Bingo runs off to hide under the bed.

Bluey is quick to come up with a plan to cheer her sister up. Together with their dad, they build a fort using the hotel room's furniture, then invite Bingo to come out and play. As they play together in the makeshift fort, their dad reflects on how important it is to take time out from work and spend quality time with family.

As the sun sets and the family prepares for bed, Bluey and Bingo reflect on all the fun they had at the hotel. They remember all the games they played and the friends they made, but most importantly, they cherish the time that they spent together as a family.
