Ep 3. Why Give People Rights?

In season 1 episode 3 of Blue Heelers, titled "Why Give People Rights?", the police officers of Mount Thomas are faced with a controversial issue: the rights of a convicted pedophile.

When the pedophile, Peter 'Griffo' Griffiths, is released from prison and returns to Mount Thomas, the townspeople are outraged and demand that he leave.
