Danny and Baez investigate a string of drive-by shootings that have been happening in gang territory in the city. The shootings have left several people dead and many injured. They team up with a detective from another precinct who has been working on a similar case, and they soon discover that the shootings are related to internal gang struggles. Meanwhile, Frank is dealing with the aftermath of a controversial statement made by one of his uniformed officers during a press conference. The statement was seen as inflammatory and could potentially lead to further tension between the police and the community. Frank must decide how to handle the situation and ensure that the trust between the department and citizens is not broken. At the same time, Erin is on the hunt for a missing witness in a high-profile murder case she is prosecuting. She enlists the help of Anthony to locate the witness, but they encounter several roadblocks along the way. Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie are working on a sting operation to catch a group of thieves who have been targeting high-end houses in the city. Their investigation takes an unexpected turn when they discover a link between one of the suspects and a member of the police force. As the different storylines unfold, the Reagan family must tackle various challenges both on and off the job. In the end, they must rely on each other and their unwavering dedication to justice to overcome the obstacles they face.
