Ep 19. Through the Looking Glass

Jack Boyle, Danny's brother-in-law, is arrested for possession of heroin with the intent to distribute it. Danny and Baez, along with two other narcotics detectives, found drugs in a warehouse during a raid and trace them back to Boyle. Danny is now in conflict with Erin, who represents Boyle's interests in court. Danny wants to have a reasonable relationship with his brother-in-law, but that may not be possible if Boyle is guilty of this crime. Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie encounter an erratic driver who endangers a pedestrian and then flees the scene. They locate the vehicle, but the driver is unrepentant and attempts to offer a bribe. Elsewhere, Frank is faced with a difficult challenge when the Archbishop wants to assure the NYPD’s protection for a controversial statement he’s made, putting Frank in a precarious position.
