Ep 9. The Dutchess of Charlotte

As the fourth season of Black Ink Crew reaches its ninth episode, viewers are introduced to a new character: The Dutchess of Charlotte. This episode focuses on the crew's response to Dutchess and her arrival in New York.

At the start of the episode, the Black Ink crew is already feeling tense. She also finds herself in the middle of Ceaser's ongoing feud with O'S**t, who still feels betrayed by his former friend.
